Just as soon as silhouette Lamont Cranston came on board as our new Webmaster, "The Shadow" took him down to Public Works as well as Parks and Recreation on Thursday November 18th.

"The Shadow" got in touch with Dr. Arnold Yee

about three months ago pertaining to his empty,

vacant lot overgrown with vegetation next to

the Headstart Pre- School at 4202 Rice St.

What if this stream over- runs the streambed because of overgrown vegetation ??
